What is the Boarding Pass?
Your personal digital space, accessible via a link sent by email and SMS after booking. It gathers all key information for your stay.
Why do I need to complete this before my arrival?
It allows you to finalise your registration (ID and security deposit) and receive your access codes, ensuring a smooth arrival.
What can I do via the Boarding Pass?

Standard hours
- Arrival from 4:00 PM
- Departure until 11:00 AM
Early check-in & Late check-out:
Available subject to availability and bookable via your Boarding Pass. Payment is processed only after confirmation.
Upon departure
Nothing special to arrange, simply inform our team by message when leaving the apartment.
Luggage storage:
Free luggage storage is available before arrival and after departure in all our residences.
